49.9mm “Strietman Basket” Distributor (CUSTOM)

49.94 mm Espresso Distributor - This UNCOMMON SIZE tool is custom designed for the Strietman espresso CT2 baskets manufactured by IMS.  These baskets have an internal diameter of 49.95-50.0.   This tool is a precision fit. (with guaranteed  to fit free adjustments for your specific machine)

Use this tool between dosing and tamping to uniformly distribute ground coffee in your portafilter basket for consistent and repeatable shots. Adjust to precise depth then lock in place.

To adjust your tool for proper depth:

• Unlock the tool by unscrewing the handle (top section) and sleeve (center section)
• Rotate the piston (bottom section) until it reaches the desired depth.  1 full turn = 1mm of change
• Tighten the handle and sleeve to lock the piston into place
