Returns
We gladly accept returns for refund, exchange, and cancellations.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. In most cases, refunds will be credited within 1 to 2 days of receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What to do and When:
Contact support@escherlabs.co within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before the item has shipped

Items which have been customized upon request of the customer (such as adding personalization through engravings), may fall outside of this return policy and will be handled on a case by case basis.
