Shipping and Policies

Processing Time

All machined items are hand crafted by escherlabs to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery once an order is placed. As soon as the shipping label is printed for your order, you will be sent an e-mail with a tracking number and updated delivery expectations for your package(s).  You will also be sent a confirmation email as soon as an order is received.


Free Domestic US Shipping

Shipping is free of charge on orders shipped to US Domestic Addresses, unless otherwise noted.


International Orders

International orders can be requested if not enabled.  All international orders accepted will be shipped via USPS or other carrier at discretion of escherlabs. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's sole responsibility. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order; for an estimate of these fees, which may vary by region, contact the customs office in your area. International orders may take extended time for delivery, and varies by locale.


Our Fit Guarantee

Due to the inevitable variations that exist across all espresso baskets on the market, escherlabs is committed to complete customer satisfaction, and will make fit adjustments for purchased tools free of charge. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accommodate your machine's specific fit requirements, we will issue full refund upon return of the product.


Returns

We gladly accept returns for refund, exchange, and cancellations.

 

What to do and When:
Contact support@escherlabs.co within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before the item has shipped

What to Expect:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. In most cases, refunds will be credited within 1 to 2 days of receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
